Lending Service

- Borrowing Library Materials

Library user may borrowing library materials not more than his/her borrowing quota and the Library provides lending services only to users who possess a valid library cards . Users can borrow/renew library materials by presenting their bar-coded library cards to the Circulation Counter.  If having any questions in using the unit, please feel free to contact  the teacher librarian.

- Renewal of Library Materials

Library materials may be renewed at the circulation counter or via the library online catalogue if the following conditions are met :
          -The item is not overdue
          -The item has not been reserved
         -The maximum number of renewal for the item has not been exceeded
          -All library fines have been settled    

- Reservation Service

Library materials may be reserved via the library online catalogue.  Reservation will be automatically cancelled if the borrower does not collect the reserved book within 3 working days after being notified by the student librarians.
