In light of the recent tragic fire in Tai Po, our school community is deeply saddened. To express our solidarity and deepest respect for the victims and those affected by this incident, we have decided to refine the arrangement for our upcoming S1 Admission Information Day scheduled on 6 December 2025.
Please note the following changes to the programme:
- Cancelled Activities: The Orchestra performance, Dance showcase, and S2 Game Stalls will be cancelled, as we believe a more solemn atmosphere is appropriate at this time.
- Retained Activities: The Admission Briefing Sessions and other themed spots for the school tour, such as academic display, STEM and science demonstrations, and aesthetic & sports events, will proceed as scheduled.
We remain committed to allowing prospective students and parents to understand the different facets of Hoi Ping and our academic environment. We sincerely hope for your understanding regarding this arrangement as we stand with our community during this difficult time.
