Leadership Training Workshop for Prefects

To boost their self-confidence and foster their team spirit, a leadership training workshop was conducted for our school prefects on 28th September, 2024. Our 2 head prefects and 6 vice head prefects guided 33 prefects through a series of activities designed to deepen mutual understanding and reinforce their sense of unity within the team. By orchestrating a variety of events, the student leaders honed their leadership capabilities and acquired valuable experience in event planning. These activities also served to refine the prefects’ grasp of their responsibilities and bolster their confidence in carrying out their duties.
