Youth Leadership Development Scheme

Eight students – Au Wing Hin (5A), Cheung Tsz Wing (5B), Tam Wing Yan (5B), Chow Siu Ming (5B), Mak Pak Ho (5B), Ng Kwan Ming (5B), Ng Ka Chun (5B) and Leung Ka Yan (5C) – have participated in the 14th Youth Leadership Development Scheme held by the Hong Kong Young Men’s Christian Association (HKYMCA). They took part in different events including a leadership training workshop, a challenging day camp, an overnight camp, a service project and a school project. With their efforts, they won the ‘Excellent Report Award’ in the project competition entitled ‘The neglected ones in our society’.

One of them, Ng Kwan Ming (5B), was selected to take part in a Cambodia service trip. Through the service trip, he had the valuable opportunity to not only experience different cultures, but also understand the lives and needs of various places.
