Outstanding Student Leaders Selection 2013-2014

Our student, Cheung Yik Hoi (6B), has actively participated in various kinds of extra-curricular activities and voluntary work both inside and outside school throughout his school years. He participated in the “Outstanding Student Leaders Selection 2013-2014” organized by the Hok Yau Club Potential Development Centre. He was one of the thirty student leaders who had passed the first three rounds of interviews. All these leaders were invited to attend a series of leadership training programmes, including a 7-day exchange trip, from January to May 2014. During the programmes, not only did the student leaders have to plan and execute an issue-based project and other activities related to society, they also had the opportunity to meet leaders from different areas of Hong Kong and take part in an exchange trip to Shanghai and Nanjing to develop a better understanding of Hong Kong and our motherland. Through a string of experiential learning activities, students participants improved their personal qualities and became more mature.
