Hong Kong Secondary Schools Debating Competition – Grand Final Championship

In the first term of the previous academic year (2020-2021), the English Debate Team won both of the two term rounds as well as the Term 1 Championship of the Hong Kong Secondary Schools Debating Competition.

 

In the second term, the team won the two rounds of the term again, and proceeded to the Grand Final in August this year.

 

With weeks of research and intensive practice, this team of diligent and eloquent debaters eventually won this final debate of the year, and was crowned the Champion in the 2020-2021 Grand Final (Kowloon and New Territories Middle Division 1).

 

Congratulations to Lau Tsz Lok (2E), Lau Yuet Wai (3E), Ho Hoi Ying (4A), Lau Yan Ting (4A), Cheng Wing Ying (4B), Cheung Hei Ching (4B), Kwok Chi Fung (4B) and Wong Tsz Shun (4E) on their wins in all the six rounds of the tournament in the previous academic year!
