2021-2022 Hong Kong Secondary Schools Debating Competition – Term 1 Finals Champion

This year, experienced S5 members of the English Debate Team took up roles of mentors, and trained their S3 and S4 counterparts for the Hong Kong Secondary Schools Debating Competition. Foci of training comprise analyses of academic literature and empirical data, systematic approaches to preparing rebuttals, fine-tuning delivery in the online mode, and fostering collaboration between team members across forms. 

With their unwavering determination and impressive efforts, having won all the debates in the First Term, the team was once again the Champion in Kowloon and New Territories Senior Division 1.
