We are delighted to announce that our English Debating Team has won the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up in the S3 and 4 Division and S5 Division of 16th NESTA Debate Competition respectively. Amid the fierce competition among more than a hundred top-notched schools, we are the only school with both intermediate and senior teams entering the semi-finals in two divisions. Debating on the motion 'That democracy has failed', Chang Yau Ming, Isaac (4B) was awarded as the Best Debater in the Grand Finals.
From this precious learning experience, our students have acquired multifarious skills not only in terms of English debating and public speaking skills, but also in how to strive for success by means of teamwork. Congratulations to all the winners!
