S4 Service Learning Programme

Service learning aims at providing students experience to organise activities to serve those who are in need in society and learn during the process. The target recipients in S4 Service Learning Programme this year were single elderly people, people with mental retardation and vision impairment. Students prepared conversation topics, mini games and gifts before they went for visit on 30th May 2019. During the visit, students chatted with service recipients to understand their situations, and assisted them in the games to make sure all of them had a wonderful afternoon. Students expressed that they had learnt to be more empathetic to others and be humble and respectful to those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
