Prize Presentation by the CEO of Octopus Card

In April, five of our S2 students (2E Yue Ho Tin, Tai Chun Ho Ryan, Lam Chak Yu, Li Kin On and Sin Sik Yan) invented a wallet that allows users to tap two octopus cards without card clash. The invention won them the champion in the Hong Kong Student Science Competition. 

Representative of Octopus Cards Limited praised our students’ effort on maximizing the functionality of octopus card and making the card more user-friendly.
On 6thJune, the CEO of Octopus Cards Limited, Mr. Sunny Cheung came to our school and presented a certificate and a limited edition of the Octopus ornament to each of the prize-winners. Mr. Cheung complimented our students on their creativity, enthusiasm and innovation in science. Congratulations to the winners!
