Parents’ Day

To promote parent-school cooperation and communication, our school organized a parents’ day on 14th December 2019. Ms Elaine Cheung, social worker of Christian Family Service Centre, was invited to deliver a talk on how to raise an empathetic child. Around 540 parents attended the talk. It was then followed by a teacher-parent sharing session. Teachers could have formal channels to exchange ideas to help the growing youngsters. Also, with the help of the peer tutors and the class teachers, S1 students organised a thanksgiving session for their parents. During this session, students performed in front of their parents and shared with them their school life. They also prepared gifts specially designed for their parents. The performances of S1 students were highly appreciated.
