Leadership Training Camp

In order to boost our student leaders’ motivation, self-confidence, resilience, and develop their sense of belonging and team spirit, our school organized a leadership training camp for ECA chairpersons and prefects from 24th to 25th Aug at Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Tai Tong Holiday Camp. Throughout the camp, students participated in various team-building activities, such as orienteering, wall-climbing, and constructing a Roman Catapult. Students had to communicate and cooperate with their teammates to complete these group challenges. These activities have not only enhanced students’ leadership skills but also strengthened the bonds among our student leaders. Having undergone this leadership training camp, students are now equipped with strong leadership skills and are ready for future duties and challenges.
