Interactive Activity on Green Diet

In order to enhance students’ environmental awareness, an interactive activity on green diet was held by 2041 Hong Kong on 15th January 2024 during class teacher periods. S2 students were guided to research the origins of various food and beverage products using an online shopping platform, and calculate their carbon footprint. Based on the information, they then designed a healthy and delicious set meal with a low carbon footprint.

This workshop reminded our students how their daily food choices would impact the environment and that we, as global citizens, should do our part in protecting the planet and reducing our carbon footprint. Let’s join hands in promoting a sustainable future!
