Hong Kong Palace Museum Workshop

In order to enhance students’ interest and knowledge in the arts and designs, the Visual Arts Department organised a field trip to the Hong Kong Palace Museum on 17th December 2024 for our talented S3-4 visual arts students. The students attended a workshop called “Charm of Chinese Landscaping”. The speaker began by introducing the Forbidden City in Beijing, focusing on the architectural layout of the Palace and the distinctive features of the Imperial Garden. Afterwards, the students had the chance to design and build their own Imperial Garden models. The students were all excited and deeply engaged in their creations.
