Geography Field Trip to the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark

On 2nd and 16th December 2017, the Geography Department organised a field trip to the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark. Through investigating the East Dam and the surrounding environment, our students could understand more about the volcanic rocks, different endogenetic processes, coastal landforms as well as coastal management strategies.
