Discipline and Counselling Committee

The Discipline and Counselling Committee aims to nurture positive, self-driven and self-disciplined students by integrating behavioural guidance with empathetic psychological support. Recognizing that conduct and emotional well-being are deeply interconnected, the committee aims to support students’ growth through comprehensive guidance and mental support. Ultimately, this creates a positive and harmonious school culture that empowers students to bravely overcome challenges, consistently maintain high ethical standards, and fully realize their leadership potential.

To fulfill these missions, the committee consolidates school resources into a centralized student hub. Different parties including the school management, discipline and counselling teachers, class teachers, and social workers collaborate closely and work together to create a positive and harmonious learning environment, which is conducive to the growth of students in different aspects. Through a wide range of activities covering stress management, sex education, and digital literacy, students learn to navigate modern challenges. Furthermore, the committee drives student empowerment and community connection through signature programmes such as the S1 Bridging Programme, Life Week, and Prefect Leadership Training Workshops to support student development at every stage.
