New Zealand English Study Tour

This summer, 30 students of S2 to S4 went on a 15-day New Zealand study tour (25th July to 8th August, 2014) organised by the English Department. In this tour, students embarked on a journey that was both educational and entertaining. Not only could they stay in host families but they also had an opportunity to study in a local school called Glenfield College. They experienced the local lifestyle in Auckland, learnt about the Maori culture and, most importantly, gained confidence to communicate in English. Even though it was a short trip, friendships blossomed and most students found the experience rewarding.
